1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777pk online gaming platform, including the website at 777pk.onl, the 777pk mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing any part of the Platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777pk. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

777pk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 777pk, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777pk is strictly an adult platform. Any person under 18 who attempts to register an account is in direct violation of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary ban from online gaming platforms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 777pk account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or due to an error — are prohibited. If 777pk identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close the additional accounts and, in cases of deliberate duplication to abuse promotions, to forfeit balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false details during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact 777pk support immediately. 777pk will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on 777pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and select mobile wallets. Additional payment options may be added or removed from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777pk does not apply any platform-side fee to deposits, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges, which are outside 777pk's control.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from accounts, wallets, or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. 777pk reserves the right to investigate and withhold funds if deposit patterns suggest misuse of the payment system.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires confirmation of your identity and, where applicable, the payment method you are withdrawing to.
• Withdrawals are processed only to an account, wallet, or bank registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement form part of your withdrawable balance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within one to three hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

777pk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a security measure to protect player accounts and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals unreasonably.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777pk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and PSL-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Single Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be applied to your account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account after the stated expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. This will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 777pk actively monitors for bonus abuse including pattern betting, arbitrage wagering, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have offers voided and winnings forfeited.

777pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where a technical error has caused incorrect bonus values to be offered.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 777pk covers cricket, football, esports and other sports markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 777pk. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, 777pk reserves the right to void the bet.
• Cricket & PSL: For Pakistan Super League and international cricket matches, standard cricket betting rules apply. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced due to weather, bets will be settled in accordance with the official result or, where no result is possible, voided and the stake returned.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed, 777pk will notify you of the updated odds before final confirmation.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed in-play are binding from the moment they are accepted. No cancellations are permitted once a live bet is confirmed.
• Voided Bets: Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account balance. Winnings associated with a voided selection within an accumulator may be recalculated accordingly.
• Maximum Winnings: Per-event and per-day maximum payout limits may apply. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section and apply regardless of the odds at the time the bet was placed.

Specific rules for individual sports, bet types and markets are available in the Sports section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute, 777pk's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

8 Casino & Games

The Casino section of 777pk includes Live Casino, Slots, and Crash games sourced from established international game providers. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• RNG Fairness: All slots and non-live casino games use certified random number generator technology provided by the respective game supplier. 777pk does not alter or influence the game engine or outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real-time. Once a round has commenced and you have placed your bet, the bet is binding. Connection issues on your side do not void a bet that has already been placed and accepted by the live dealer system.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected mid-game round, the round will conclude according to the game's standard rules. Any winnings from a completed round will be credited to your account upon reconnection.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction within a game, all bets related to the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Placing a bet outside these limits is not permitted.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777pk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to exploit inside information regarding sporting events for financial gain.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks, stolen card details, or use of another person's payment accounts.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches or miscalculations in the Platform's software or odds engine.
• Any form of money laundering or using the Platform for financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

777pk reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of suspicious betting patterns, bonus abuse or fraudulent payment activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves.

Where an account is closed for a legitimate reason unrelated to rule violations — for example, at the account holder's own request — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered withdrawal method after all pending activity has been settled.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 777pk reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and to forfeit bonus-related winnings in their entirety.

11 Responsible Gaming

777pk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has passed.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pk's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777pk shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Interruptions to the Platform caused by network outages, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 777pk's reasonable control.
• Errors in third-party game software that are the responsibility of the game provider.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Changes to These Terms

777pk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
